Returns & Exchange Policy – Rustic Hues

At Rustic Hues, each piece is crafted and packed with care. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color variations.

Returns / Exchanges are only accepted if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear video of opening /unboxing of the product and packaging.

Process:

1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, photos, and issue details.

2. Once approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will offer:

   • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

   • A store credit / refund (processing time: 5–7 business days).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized products

• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

• Sale / discounted items

Shipping for Returns:

• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
